Newly onboarded business development professionals in the organization reported feeling unequipped to answer questions from potential customers regarding the services that GXO offers.

The results:

We introduced GXO Escort™ at Manifest 2025 as part of a new event booth. Standing beside the seating area of the booth, it enabled business development professionals to walk potential customers through GXO’s background, industries, services, and case studies. Users reported feeling more prepared to speak with customers and answer their questions.
