Customer reach,
built for scale.
GXO is a Fortune 500 logistics company operating across 50+ countries. I owned UX research and design for the corporate web presence — from heuristic evaluations and usability testing through high-fidelity prototypes.
GXO Escort™
Task: Our team was tasked with creating an interactive experience for a high-profile industry event. Leadership requested that it provide an immersive overview of who our company is, what we do, and the clientele that we serve.
Challenge: Team members have limited time during industry events and rely on marketing materials to connect with potential customers.
Solution: A touchscreen kiosk that allows users to explore GXO offerings at their own pace.
GXO Website
Task: Working in a cross-functional team of marketing leadership, developers, and other designers, I created wireframes and a hi-fidelity prototype of the new homepage for GXO.com, and worked with developers to publish the new home page.
Challenge: Advocating for user needs to internal stakeholders who were unfamiliar with UX theory.
Solution: Collaborated with engineering and marketing teams, providing wireframes and UX audits for the home page, optimizing for discoverability.
Marketing Hub
Our team is constantly being asked by the sales team to create marketing ad hoc marketing materials. In an effort to better existing resources and organize work streams, I created an internal website with marketing materials for the sales team to download, brand guidelines, presentation templates, and a link to request additional material that has not already been created.
